Wendy E. Degeorge

Wendy E. DeGeorge, 61, of White Oak, died Oct. 18, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was born in Union City, PA on Nov. 2, 1950 and is the daughter of the late Angelo A. and Genevieve M. Hanlin DeGeorge. She was a practicing Attorney at Law for many years.

She is survived by her fiancé, Dan C. Ryan with whom she resided; son, Robert J. Probo of Pittsburgh; sister, Linda M. DeGeorge Ditrich of Delmont; niece, Laura E. (S. Judson Moorhead) Ditrich-Moorhead of Mercer, PA, and nephew, Thomas A. (Carlie) Ditrich of Erie, PA.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Monday and services will be held in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to White Oak Animal Safe Haven-No Kill Shelter, 2295 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131.
