Walter Boyd Little

Walter Boyd Little, 91, of McKeesport died August 6, 2012. He was born in Coal Valley, PA on June 22, 1921 and is the son of the late Harry W. and Gertrude Curry Little. He is the husband of the late Josephine Gilbert Little and was preceded in death by son; Jonathan Ryan Lee and sister; Ida Matthews. He served in the U.S. Air Force during WW II. He was retired from the United Airlines as an aircraft mechanic. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Des Plaines, IL, American Legion Post 361 and the Amvets Post 8 both of McKeesport.

He is survived by daughters; Arlene Bocianoski of Glassport, Marlyn (Bud) Adams of South Bends, IN and Sandra (Delbert) Parsons of Bartlett, IL, grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home, 600 Market Street, McKeesport, 15132 on Thursday from 10:00 am until 11:30. A burial at Round Hill Cemetery with full military honors will follow.
