In addition to his father, Tim was preceded in death by his nephew, Tyler Elash.
Tim wore many hats throughout life. He was active in live theater through high school and beyond. He attended Point Park University, where he studied performing arts.
Tim left Pennsylvania and took a job at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, working as a director for human resources. After leaving Yellowstone, he took a job at Scotty’s Castle, again in human resources.
He then went on to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, where he held many different positions.
He left there for Universal Studios as a ride operator.
Tim was very involved with the Halloween productions at Universal Studios and at Yellowstone National Park.
After many years away, Tim returned to McKeesport where he took a position with Alco parking. He left there for a position at the YMCA in McKeesport.
His final place of employment was with the human resources department at Bakery Square in East Liberty.
Tim was active in the McKeesport Little Theater, the Grand Theater in Elizabeth, and he even had a lead role as Edna Turnblad in the production of Hairspray at CCAC in West Mifflin.
Tim’s favorite holiday was Halloween. He loved hosting and decorating for lavish Halloween parties.
As much as Tim loved a good party with family and friends, he also enjoyed a quiet night playing Scabble or watching TV with loved ones.
Tim’s laughter and big heart will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
