Roy T. Raible

Roy T. Raible, age 93, of Port Vue died on December 27, 2014. He was born in McKeesport on September 21, 1921 and is the son of the late Daniel and Agnes Holtz Raible. He was a veteran of WW2 and served in the Army Air Corps. He was retired from Westinghouse Atomic Plant as a maintenance Supervisor. He is survived by wife; Grace Bryer Raible, daughters; Jean (Ernest) Gorring of N. Versailles, and Rita (Kenneth) Schell of Lincoln Boro, sons; Roy W. "Spike" (Sharon) Raible of Liberty Boro, Robert (Monica) Raible of Warren, PA and the late Carl Raible, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sisters; Sister Agnes Raible of Allison Park, Maisey (the late James) Welsh of Monroeville, and Anne (the late Bernard) Busch of North Huntingdon. In addition to his parents and son, he was preceded in death by his siblings; Reverend Fr. Daniel Raible, Edward (Kaye of Bradenton, Florida) Raible, Walter (and the late Helen) Raible, John (Beatrice of N. Versailles) and the late Rita (and the late Robert) Harrison.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA (412-678-6177) on Monday from 2-4pm and 6-8 pm. Mass Tuesday 10 am at St. Mark Church, Port Vue, with Father Daniel Straughn officiating. Burial will follow.
