Rosalie M. Roper

Rosalie M. Roper, age 87, of Oakmont, PA, formerly of White Oak, died April 27, 2013. She was born in McKeesport on August 9, 1925 and is the daughter of the late Anthony and Josephine Scuderi Petrulli. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Roper. She is survived by her children; Michele (Rinaldo) Acri of Fox Chapel, Rita Jean (Donald) Huckle of Clearwater, FL and Rosalie Marie (Keith) Seese of Lincoln Place, grandchildren; John, Jared, Jayme, Braden, Jordan, Lori, Derek and Brittany, great grandchildren; Santino, Adriana, Eva, Adison, Luciano, Oliver and Brady, sister; Frances Krall of Harrisburg, PA.

Rosalie, worked many years in data entry for the former Mine Safety Appliance in Monroeville.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on ­­­Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral Mass Tuesday at 10:00 AM at St. Angela Merici Parish with Very Rev. Stephen M. Chervenak officiating. Burial will follow.
