Roger P. Potersnak

Roger P. Potersnak, age 83, of Port Vue, died May 30, 2013. He was born in McKeesport on May 22, 1930 and is the son of the late Emil and Katherine Patrick Potersnak and husband of the late Dorothy Ann Cadman.

He is survived by his children; Kymberli Potersnak with whom he resided, Carol (Patrick) Collins of McKeesport, Cheryl (Jose) Argamsilla of Jacksonville, FL, Amy (Robert) Costner of Myrtle Beach, SC, Roger (Theresa) Potersnak of Elizabeth City, NC, Emil Potersnak of Gold Canyon, AZ, 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister; Dorothy Berkley of McKeesport. He is preceded in death by his brother Elmer Potersnak.

Roger retired as a diesel mechanic for Helm's Trucking. He was a member of the Vets Club in Liberty Borough and a fireman for the Port Vue Volunteer Fire Department for 63 years.

Services were held yesterday and arrangements were by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
