Rodney M. Selders, age 69 of White Oak, formerly of Denver Colorado, died at home Sunday, June 05, 2016. He was the son of the late Gus and Anna Mae Selders and brother of the late Diana Carol. Beloved husband of Gayna K. Selders.
Rodney was a retired Fire Marshall for the city of Sheridan, CO. He loved being a firefighter and woodworking. He was a member of Mon Yough Carvers and a very active member of the E. McKeesport VFW Post 8430.
Rodney will be greatly missed by his children Scott, Konnie, & Sam of Pittsburgh; second father to Garrett, Michell, & Erika of Colorado. Very beloved grandfather of TJ, Michael, Tabetha, Matthew, Lok, Dominic, Brian, & Cena.
Services will be held on Thursday, June 9th at 12:00 Noon at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor) 412-678-6177. Remembrances in Rodney's name can be made to the E. McKeesport VFW Post 8430. Condolences may be made at strifflerfuneralhomes.com
