Robert “Bobby” Hartman Hamilton, age 65, of White Oak, PA, died on Sunday, May 17, 2026. He was born in McKeesport, PA, on February 14, 1961, and was the son of the late Christine Hartman Hamilton, who died July 26, 2024, and Dr. Robert W. (Ann) Hamilton of Elizabeth Twp., PA.
Bobby was employed as a copier technician for over thirty years. He was a caring and loving husband, brother, son, and friend. He was an exceptional help to his mother with the care for his sister, Barbara, after her automobile accident. He was an absolute selfless person. Bobby and his mother followed sports religiously and shared the same passion for the Pittsburgh Pirates, Penguins, and especially the Steelers. He had a vast knowledge of baseball, hockey and particularly football.
In addition to his father, Bobby is survived by his wife, Colene, with whom he celebrated thirty-one years of marriage on April 29, 2026; half-sister, Heather (Bryan) Baldwin of South Greensburg, PA; nephew, Robert Baldwin of South Greensburg, PA; and his beloved beagle, Tucker.
In addition to his mother, Bobby is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Joseph Potts who died May 28, 2025, and Bobby’s sister, Barbara Ellen Hamilton Potts, who died July 25, 2025.
Graveside services took place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Long Run Cemetery, in North Huntingdon, PA, where Bobby was buried with his mother, Christine.
