Robert Joseph Barth

Robert Joseph Barth, loving husband, father and grandfather, age 80, of White Oak, died Oct. 22, 2014. He was born in Wilkinsburg on Jan. 27, 1934 and is the son of the late Ralph and Leoba Hoebler Barth. He was a graduate of Duquesne University and worked as a pharmacist for the former Aaron's Pharmacy in White Oak and then retired from Medco Express.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Patricia Gilkey Barth; children, James (Sheri) Barth and David (Peggy) Barth both of Houston, Texas, Kathleen (Paul) Ingram of White Oak; grandchildren, Megan, Jennifer (Carmine Colavecchia), Kristina and Michael; and brother, Ralph Thomas (Judy) Barth of Lecanto, Florida.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor) 412 678 6177 on Friday from 2:00-8:00 pm. A mass will be held on Sat. at 10:00 a.m. at St. Angela Merici Church with Fr. Kevin Dominik officiating.
