Raymond F. Barch

Raymond F. Barch, age 80, of Glassport died August 9, 2010. He was a US Veteran serving in the Marines during the Korean Conflict. He previously worked at the Glassport Foundry.

He was born in Glassport on February 27, 1930 and is the son of the late Anthony and Helen Kuszajewski Barcz. He is survived by his sister Dorothy (Michael) Matwij of White Oak, sister-in-law Angie Barch of Glassport, nieces and nephews Robert, Melissa, Rose Marie, Mark, Diane, Cindy, Arthur, David, Dwayne, and James. He was preceded in death by brothers Frank and Tony Barch.

Graveside services will be held at St. Mary's Polish Cemetery on Friday at 2:00 PM with the Very Rev. Stephen M. Chervenak officiating. Arrangements are with Striffers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc. (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177)
