Paula "Toots" Lee Kovack

Paula Lee "Toots" Kovack , age 68, of Versailles, died May 24, 2012. She was born in West Mifflin on March 10, 1944 and is the daughter of the late Thomas and Rita Flading Gash. She was a secretary for Kemps Heating and Cooling and then worked for many years as a bartender at the East End Grill.

She is survived by her long-time companion, Jack Barfield with whom she resided; children, Thomas (Rhonda) Kovack of Versailles, Shawn Kovack of N. Huntingdon, and Cheryl Lynn (Bill) Larson of Versailles; grandchildren, Kelsie and Brendon Kovack, Elizabeth Larson, and Sarah Larson (Andy) Krut. She is preceded in death by her sister Donna Shaw.

Friends will be received at Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home, 600 Market Street, McKeesport, 15132 (412 678 6191) on Tuesday from 3:00 until 7:00 pm. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home chapel Wednesday at Noon. Burial will follow.
