Orlean "Tootsie" E. Gilbert

Orlean (Tootsie) E. Gilbert, 90, of Port Vue died January 19, 2013. She was born in Boston, PA, October 10, 1922 and is the daughter of the late Josh and Genevieve Skiffen Campbell. She is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence "Putt-Putt" Gilbert. She is survived by children; Roy W. Gilbert of Port Vue, Orlean Indrunas of Baden, PA, Judy (Henry) Holland of Jefferson Boro, Shelby (John) Cauley of Pearland, TX, Susan (Darcy) Whiteman of Finleyville, Tammy (Joe) Vargo of Port Vue, thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She is a member of Elizabeth Township Senior Citizens, Golden Oldies Bowling league, St. Marks Parish, the former St. Martin de Porres Church and a former member of the Knights of Columbus bowling league.

Friends will be received at the Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home, 600 Market Street, McKeesport, 15132 (412-678-6191) on Tuesday 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday at 12:00 Noon at St. Marks Church in Liberty Borough with Reverend Daniel T. Straughn officiating. Burial will follow.
