Nancy Jean Workman, 63, of Port Vue died June 18, 2013. She was born in McKeesport December 9, 1949 and is the daughter of the late Stephen and Corrine Binkney Petrick.
Nancy was a nurse anesthetist at McKeesport Hospital and Roper St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, SC. She was a member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and the McKeesport Hospital Alumni.
She is survived by her daughter; Kimberly Workman of Columbia, South Carolina, sister; Donna Petrick of McKeesport, cousins; nieces; nephews, good friends; Kevin Adams of Dravosburg, JoEllen Kenney of McKeesport, and her beloved dog; Lucy.
Friends will be received at Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home, 600 Market St., McKeesport, 15132 (412 678 6191) on Friday 4:00 until 8:00 PM. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Port Vue.
The family requests remembrances may be made to the White Oak Animal Safe Haven Shelter, 2295 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 or Carnegie Library of McKeesport, 1507 Library St., McKeesport, 15132.
