Minerva M. Ward

Minerva M. Ward, 56, of McKeesport died January 14, 2013. She was born in McKeesport June 7, 1956 and is the daughter of the late Albert and Betty Litchfield Hopton, Sr. She was employed as a customer service representative for PRC West Mifflin Call Center and a member of the Moose Club in Munhall. Some of her favorite past-times were making chocolate candy, playing bingo and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband; Vince Ward, children; Angelina M. (Justin Logan) Cecconello of McKeesport, Shawn (Amy) Croyts of McKeesport, grandchildren; Bella, Orion, Arionna Croyts and Justin, Jr. and Julina Logan, siblings; Donna (Anthony Toppi) Craig, Gary Hopton, Sr. and Albert Hopton, Jr. all of McKeesport,

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) on Thursday 4:00-8:00 PM. Services will be Friday at 10:00 AM at the funeral home chapel with Pastor Charles Owston officiating. Burial will follow.
