Milton Galper, age 86, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of White Oak, died March 30, 2013. He was born in Chicago on Oct. 18, 1926 and is the son of the late Hyman and Beatrice Kaplan Galper. He is survived by his wife Estelle Gottdiener Galper. He is retired from Fernald Environmental Restoration, is a US Army Air Corps Veteran serving in WW 11, received his Masters in Physics from UCLA in 1951 and attended Oak Ridge School of Reactor Technology from 1951 until 1952.

He is also survived by children; Mark (Robyn) Galper, Esq. of Belle Vernon, Jill (Joan Brown) Galper of Philadelphia, Scott (Fabiana Perla) Galper of Philadelphia, and Betsy (Kathrin England) Galper with whom he resided, grandchildren; Matthew, Dylan, Nicholas and Lucia, sister; Ethel (Leonard) Hellenthal of N. Hills, California, sisters-in-law; Judy (David) Lichtenstein of McKeesport, Sandy (Philip) Raskin of Dallas, Texas, 5 nieces and 4 nephews

Friends will be received Wed. April 3, 2013 at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm when services will be officiated by Rabbi Paul Tuchman. Burial will follow in Temple Cemetery.
