Miguel Emilio Turovsky

Miguel Emilio Turovsky, age 47, of McKeesport, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026. He was born in Uniontown, PA, on July 8, 1979, and was the son of Constance Podlogar Dunkard of Uniontown, PA.

He was employed by Shenandoah Fleet Maintenance and Management, LLC for twelve years as a Master Automotive Technician. Miguel was a member of the Clairton Sportsmen’s Club where he organized the practical shooting program. He was also a member of Scouting America, formerly known as Boy Scouts of America, and achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout before becoming a member of their Order of the Arrow. He was a dedicated Pittsburgh Penguins fan.

In addition to his mother, Miguel is survived by his wife of twenty-five years, Jennifer McDonald Turovsky; Godparents, Tom and Sue Civitella of West Grove, PA; stepfather, Edward Dunkard of Uniontown, PA; step-brother, Eric (Susan) Dunkard of Uniontown, PA; step-sister, Darla (Ken) Piccolomini of Farmington, PA; brothers-in-law, Christopher McDonald of North Huntingdon, PA; and Cyril “Spike” (Josmary) McDonald of McKeesport, PA; and beloved dogs, Izzy and Bella.

Family and friends are invited to honor Miguel’s memory on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, and Adam Striffler Galaski, funeral directors, 412 678 6177). There will be an additional gathering on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
