Michael Philip Kovac

Michael Philip Kovac, age 86, of North Huntingdon died Oct. 19, 2011 in North Huntingdon. He was the son of the late Michael and Mary Vadomski Kovac and was married to the late Katherine Stripsky Kovac. He was a retired electrician with the Carrie Furnace of US Steel. He is survived by his children Michele Grygo of White Oak, Bruce Kovac of Brownsville, his grandson Chad Grygo of White Oak and his sister Betty Nagy of Liberty Boro. Also survived by good friend, Greg Shepley of Brownsville and sister-in-law, Barbara Barron of Minnesota.

Services were held Friday at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) with burial in McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery.
