Mary Ann Wargo

Mary Ann Wargo, age 72, of Port Vue passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 20, 2010. Born in McKeesport on February 5, 1938 she was the daughter of the late Frank Magyar and Mary Baran Priselac. She retired as a staff cook from Duquesne University.

She is survived by children Charles (Jade) Wargo, Jr. of Glassport, Robert Keith (Lynn) Wargo of Port Vue, Bruce Allan Wargo of Port Vue, and Karen Jo (James) Sneed of Talbott, TN, step daughter Carol Marie Wargo of Swissvale, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, siblings Richard (Carol) Ramella of Acme, PA, Raymond (Joann) Magyar of Perth Amboy, NJ, and William (June) Magyar of Floreffe, PA.

Preceded in death by husband Charles Wargo, Sr., siblings Francine Czerny and James Magyar.

Friends will be received at Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home, 600 Market Street, McKeesport, PA 15132 (412-678-6191) on Friday, October 22, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00PM. A service will be in the funeral home chapel Saturday at Noon followed by burial at Richland Cemetery.
