Marion D. Kansa

Marion D. Kansa, age 92, of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Union St., McKeesport, died July 26, 2011. She was born in McKeesport on Dec. 31, 1918 and is the daughter of the late John and Bridget Mullen Acton. She is the wife of the late Albert S. Kansa. She was a Home Health Aide for Allegheny County and a member of Corpus Christi Church, formerly St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church and a longtime member of the Christian Mothers.

She is survived by children John (Nancy) Kansa of Lincoln Boro, Albert (Julie) Kansa of Colorado Springs, CO, Gerard Kansa of Pgh., Ruth Ann (William) McVeigh of Palm Beach and Dolores (Dennis) Lentin and Mary Louise (the late Robert) Rogers both of Boynton Beach, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and sister Rose (the late Frank) Shiplett of Medina, Ohio.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131, (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor, 412 678 6177) on Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Mass will be held Mon. at Corpus Christi at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
