Lloyd G. Turner

Lloyd G. Turner, age 64, of McKeesport, died July 5, 2013. He was born in McKeesport on Dec. 30, 1948 and is the son of the late Johnnie and Thelma Hudson Turner, Jr. He is survived by his daughter; Amber McFarland of Clairton, son; Lloyd Anthony Turner, Jr. of California, a grandchild, godchild; Ulonda McClelland, siblings; Jo Ann Slater of McKeesport, Paula (Avanalist) Jackson of Clairton and LaVerne Jones of Clairton and the late Ray Turner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his nephew, Seton Jones.

He was employed at US Steel, National Tube, and he served in the US Army during Viet Nam Era.

Family and friends will gather at Mt. Olive First Baptist Church, 451 Park Avenue, Clairton, 15025 on Tuesday from 10:00 until Noon when funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Dr. William C. Callaway.
