Levon "Lou" Seropian, 79, of White Oak died Oct. 7, 2012 surrounded by family. He was born in Duquesne on Feb. 21, 1933 and is the son of the late Mesrop and Almast Avades Seropian. He retired as a manager from USX Clairton Works, was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Duquesne, served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a member of F & A. M. Lodge 765 in East McKeesport where he received his 50 year award in 2006.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years; Adele Kollar Seropian, son; David (Debra) Seropian of Jefferson Hills, daughters; Karen Seropian of Oxnard, Calif. and Susan (Mark) Marecic of N. Huntingdon, and grandson; Corey Seropian.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Wed. 2-4 & 6-8. Services will be held Thursday 9:30 A.M. at the funeral home chapel with Rev. Judy Slater officiating. Burial will follow. Remembrances may be made to Pallative Care & Family Hospice, 50 Moffett St., Pgh., PA 15243.
