Lena Togyer

Lena Togyer, age 101, of N. Huntingdon, formerly of McKeesport until 2006, died Dec. 15, 2012. She was born in McKeesport on Feb. 18, 1911 and is the daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth Schmidt Beller. She was a waitress in the former Murphy's Dept. Store in McKeesport. She is the wife of the late John Togyer and is survived by sons; Paul J. Togyer of N. Huntingdon and Raymond Togyer of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and grandchildren, Jason(Denise) Togyer of West Mifflin, James Togyer of Pgh., Brian Togyer of Ft. Lauderdale and Kimberly Togyer of PA.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) on Tuesday from 4:00 (when services for the deceased will begin with Fr. Voss) until 8:00 pm. Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be Wed. at 10:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Donald Voss officiating. Burial will follow.
