"Larry" Lawrence E. O'Toole, 83, of North Versailles, passed away peacefully Sunday, Aug. 9, 2015. He was born July 20, 1932, in Rankin, a son of the late James A. and Catherine (Shepard) O'Toole. He was owner and founder of O'Toole Printing until he retired in 2007. He was a veteran of the Army and served in Germany during the Korean War. Larry's hobbies included: traveling, fly fishing, bird watching and Steelers football games. He was an avid artist who loved to paint and work with stained glass. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Marlene (Novacek) O'Toole; daughter, Christine "Crissy" (Jamie) Regan, of White Oak; sons, Lawrence (Kyrie) O'Toole, of North Versailles, and David (Tammy Zora), of McKeesport; grandchildren, Alec Regan and Amanda and Kelsey O'Toole; and sisters, Judy, Bernice and Nancy. He was preceded in death by siblings, Marguerite, Mary, Elizabeth, James and Thomas. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Angela Merici Parish, 1640 Fawcett Ave., White Oak, PA 15131, with Father Kevin Dominik officiating.
