Justin R. Spade

Justin R. Spade, age 22 of West Mifflin, died Monday, November 23, 2015. He was born in Pittsburgh on September 29, 1993, and is the son of Nicholas "Nick" and Christina Mathos Spade of West Mifflin. He was a PCT at Magee Women's Hospital and was enrolled to attend Shadyside School of Nursing in January, while being a student at CCAC. He loved the outdoors, fishing, baseball and "hanging out" with his friends.

In addition to his parents, Justin is survived by his brother, Nicholas James Spade of West Mifflin; grandmother, Ann Spade of Duquesne; grandfather, James Mathos of Munhall; aunts, Carol and Janet Kacey, Lorraine Fabrizi; uncles, Anthony Spade, Ronald and Eric Mathos; cousins, Stephan, Elyse and Gretchen Mathos, Jason Spade, Veronica Spade-Simak, Nicole, Robert and Matt Kacey, Anthony Fabrizi and Kimberlee Spade; girlfriend, Abigail "Abbie" Kulhanek of West Mifflin; his faithful companion, Zane; and a multitude of friends. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Nicholas Spade and Gerda Mathos.

Friends will be received on Friday from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131, (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177), where service will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. with Fr. Nicholas Mastrangelo.
