Jean M. Kopa, of Dravosburg, died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015. She was born Aug. 3, 1937, a daughter of the late Michael and Emma Snyder Koehler. She was a secretary for the Bettis Atomic Plant. Jean was the loving wife of the late George M. Kopa. She is survived by her children, James M. Kopa, of Castle Shannon, Lynn A. Balogh, of Leechburg, and Christine M. Kopa, of Dravosburg; grandson, Cory J. Kopa; and brother, Ted (Carol) Koehler, of West Mifflin. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Evelyn Koehler. She was preceded in death by siblings, Marilyn (the late Bill) Kepes, Thomas Koehler and David Koehler. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at STRIFFLERS OF DRAVOSBURG/WEST MIFFLIN INC. (740 Pittsburgh-McKeesport Blvd., Dravosburg, PA 15034, 412-678-6192). Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Agnes Church, West Mifflin, with Father Joseph R. Grosko officiating. Burial will follow.
