Jane Potemra, age 94, of McKeesport, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2015. She was born on March 14, 1921, in McKeesport, and is the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Zarkowski Gregg and the wife of the late Joseph Edward Potemra.
She retired as an executive secretary from US Steel National Tube in McKeesport. She was a member of Christian Mothers at Corpus Christi in McKeesport and was a Republican Committee woman for many years.
A blessing service was held Wednesday at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) officiated by Father Michael Maranowski, pastor of Corpus Christi Church. Entombment followed.
