Helen Magdic, 92, of Port Vue died Jan. 4, 2013.She was born in McKeesport on Jan. 31, 1920 and is the daughter of the late Steven and Mary Kalman Gingo and the wife of the late John George Magdic.
She is survived by her son-in-law; William Hendricks of Port Vue, grandson; Karl (Megan) Hendricks of Pittsburgh, and great-granddaughters; Maeve and Nell Hendricks.She is preceded in death by her daughters, Joni May Magdic and Patricia Magdic Hendricks.
Friends will be received at Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home, 600 Market St., McKeesport, 15132 (412 678 6191) on Sun. from 3:00-5:00 pm and Mon. 10:00 until the time of the service at noon in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow.
