Georgia R. Miller Hall

Georgia R. Miller Hall, age 98, of White Oak, died April 18, 2014. She was born in Elm Grove, PA on March 26, 1916 and is the daughter of the late David Benton and Jessie Ella Bowsman Miller. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Leroy Hall.

She is survived by her children; Martha Lee (Paul) McGowan of N. Huntingdon and James LeRoy (Barbara) Hall, Jr. of Greensburg, nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren, sister; Maryann (Clayton) Smith of Uniontown.

Georgia was a member of the Rainbow Volunteer Fire Hall Auxiliary for many years. She was an avid square dancer and volunteered work in nursing homes by performing dances. She loved gardening, being outside and taking care of others. Her sweet, loving soul will be missed greatly.

Burial will take place in Round Hill Cemetery and arrangements are in the care of Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services (412-678-6177).
