George William Bradley, Sr., age 86 of Port Vue, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 30, 2017. He was born October 8, 1931 in Glassport, the son of the late George J. and Elizabeth Conley Bradley. George, a retired Air Force Veteran worked as a Port Authority Bus Operator for over 20 years until his retirement and was a member of Local Union 85 and Dravosburg Fire Hall.  He enjoyed watching all the Pittsburgh sports teams and the Game Show Network (GSN).  He is survived by his wife of 65 years Gertrude Breen Bradley; sons, George (Sandra) Bradley, Jr. of Charleston, SC, Joseph (Janice) Bradley of N. Huntingdon, Michael (Doreen) Bradley of Hampton, VA, Christopher Bradley of McKeesport; daughters, Audrey (Keith) Hammond of Pikesville, NC, Maureen Bradley (Theodore Gawronski) of St. Petersburg, FL, Colleen Bradley of Belmont, NC, Theresa (Geary) Smith of Goldsboro, NC; brother, James (Carole) Bradley of Jacksonville, FL; sisters, Audrey (the late Alexander) Kochis of West Mifflin, Kathleen (the late Gary) Tyler of McKeesport; grandchildren, Sean (Abigail), Justin (Amy), Ryan (Britni), Kyle (Lindsey), David (Heidi), April, Christina (Randall), Keith (Sylvia), Nicholas (Kimberly), Melanie, Stefani (Michael), Ashleigh, Joshua, Timothy (Asia), Jennifer (Steven), Anthony and many loving great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.  George was a loving father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to all.  He is preceded in death by his son, Brian; brother, Edward; and sister, Margaret. A special thank you to the Family Hospice & Palliative Care Hospice of UPMC in Pittsburgh for their loving care and support.  Also thank you to Striffler Family Funeral Homes of McKeesport for all the arrangements. A Funeral Liturgy Outside of Mass will be held Saturday Dec. 2nd at 1:30 pm at Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home of McKeesport, 600 Market St., McKeesport, 15132 (678-6191) with Father Daniel Straughn officiating.  Family and friends will be received immediately following the service from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.  Burial will take place at Round Hill Cemetery.
