Florence M. Simasek

Florence M. Simasek, age 96, formerly of West Mifflin; died Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at her daughter's home in Lanham, Maryland. She is the daughter of the late Stephen and Florence (Madison) Chesnick and wife of the late Michael J. Simasek, Sr.
Florence is survived by her daughter Christine (the late Larry) Jolliffe of Lanham, MD and her son Michael John Simasek, Jr. of Greenbelt, MD; half sister Marilyn (Matthew) Kalo of Gibralter, MI and half brother Stephen Dennis (Bernice) Chesnick of Fargo, ND. Also many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at Strifflers of Dravosburg West Mifflin, Inc. 740 Pittsburgh-McKeesport Blvd., Dravosburg, PA 15034, (412) 678-6192 on Tuesday, June 21st from 4 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 22nd at 10 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, W. Mifflin with Father John B. Lendvai officiating. Burial will follow.
