Elaine J. Spangler

Elaine J. Spangler, age 79, of Port Vue, PA, died on Monday, June 22, 2026. She was born in McKeesport, PA, on April 29, 1947, and was the daughter of the late Homer L. and June Arvin Jenkins. She was previously employed as an administrative assistant for G.C. Murphy Co. and later for Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory. She was a member of Saints Joachim and Anne Parish and a member of the Ladies of Charity. She enjoyed crafting and playing bingo.

Elaine is survived by her husband, Robert Spangler; daughters, Karen DiCristofaro of North Versailles, PA; Kristen (Michael) Pazman of Plum, PA; and Melissa (Jonathan) McLaughlin of Irwin, PA; and grandchildren, Nicholas; Michael; Layla; Jordan; and Paige.

Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Elaine’s memory on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor, 412-678-6177).
