Dolores "Mutz" Castro, age 72, of McKeesport, died August 4, 2010. Daughter of late Elwood and Ruth Dearborn Finney she was born in McKeesport on August 14, 1937. Wife of late Felix M. "Bom" Castro. She was a member of McKeesport Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by children, Luann Castro of McKeesport, Cheryl "Biddy" (John) Hakola of Binghamton, NY, Sandra (Stephen) Scheirer of Port Vue, Amy Jo Castro of Sharpsville, PA, Robert Scott (Crisann) Castro of McKeesport, grandchildren Erika, Kristen, Kurt, Robert, Emily, Abigail, Carlo and Domenic. Also survived by Community Life Friends including special caregivers Pam Cymmermann, Frances Daube, Tina Margie, Erma Sethman, Jeff Schweitzer, and Natalie Kepple. She was preceded in death by brothers George, Ray, and Duane Finney.
Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services (1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131, Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel at Noon on Saturday with Rev. Dr. Darrell Knopp officiating. Burial at Richland Cemetery
