David Allen Egenlauf

David Allen Egenlauf, of Pittsburgh, PA, died on March 13, 2024. He was born in White Oak on October 15, 1957, to the late Herman and Lena McGarrity Egenlauf.

He was employed by Burlington and enjoyed his time cheering for the Steelers. David was the Steelers number one fan. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone. He will be dearly missed.

David is survived by his brother Paul Engenlauf of McKeesport, PA; sisters, Donna (the late Perry) Ackerman of McKeesport, PA; Mary (the late Darwin) Benton of Greenock, PA; and Tammy (Chris Clark) Chisco of McKeesport, PA; along with many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his brothers, Herman Egenlauf; Gary Egenlauf; Ronald Egenlauf; and Thomas Warman; sisters, Paula Ridge; Anna Egenlauf; and Emma Ackerman.

Family and friends will gather at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Friday, March 15, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
