David "Vince" Dvorshock Sr., 60, of McKeesport, died on Friday, June 26, 2015. He was born in Miami, Fla. on Dec. 15, 1954, and was the son of the late Lawrence Dvorshock and Joyce Wright, and was preceded in death by his stepmother, Carol C. Levan Dvorshock. He served in the Navy for 12 years and enjoyed time at Canadotha Lake in Crawford County. He was a truck driver for Anderson Truck Driving Company. He is survived by his wife, Deane E. Wilson Dvorshock. He was preceded in death by his son, David V. Dvorshock Jr. He is survived by sons, Ryan T. Dvorshock, of McKeesport, Gabriel P. (Kim) Dvorshock, of Bay City, Mich., and Jonathan V. (Stacie) Dvorshock, of Monongahela; daughters, Aimee E. Dvorshock, of McKeesport, Laura Dvorshock Sitler, of Danville, and Faith Dvorshock Byers, of Danville; many grandchildren, nieces and nephews; siblings, Lawrence P. Dvorshock Jr., of Hughesville, William Haney, of Muncy Valley, Scott Haney, of Sweet Valley, Kenneth V. Dvorshock, of Washington state, Henry Dvorshock, of Hughesville, Bethany M. Thursby, of Scranton, Diane Minier, of Unityville, and Robin Dvorshock, of Scranton. Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m., when military services will be held, Tuesday at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES INC., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131, Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor (412-678-6177).
