Charles Norman Knoche, Jr.

July 7, 1958 — March 16, 2022

Charles Norman “Chip” Knoche, Jr., age 63, of White Oak, passed away at home, Wednesday, March 16, 2022. He was born July 7, 1958, in Pittsburgh to the late Charles and Joan Zook Knoche. Chip is survived by his wife, Peggy Conrad, son Scott and daughter-in-law Kelly, and his adored granddaughters, Isabella and Brooklyn, all of Oakmont. He is also survived by his brother, Mike, and sister-in-law Bonnie, of Erie, PA, his sister-in-law, Denise Knoche, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his elder brother, Rodger.

Chip retired from his job as a Service Representative for Minteq International working primarily at the Edgar Thompson Works in Braddock.
The family wants to acknowledge the skills of the doctors and nurses of the Cancer Institute at Forbes Regional Hospital in assisting with Chip’s determination to live a full life, years beyond what was projected for him.

There will not be a gathering or service at the funeral home rather, Chip’s desires are for his family to spend time at Jakes Rocks, in Kinzua State Park, PA which he absolutely loved.
Arrangements are being handled by Striffler’s of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (412 678 6177).
