Byron "Bino" R. Churik, 56, of Arnold passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord at his home, surrounded by his loving family on Friday, May 29, 2015. He was born May 3, 1959, in Braddock, son of the late Ronald B. Churik. He was employed by UPMC Shadyside as a building operations engineer. He was a veteran of the Navy. In his spare time he loved to DJ and ride his motorcycle. He was a very giving man who would happily help anyone.
Byron is survived by his beloved wife of 30 years, Sandra L. Molnor Churik, of Arnold; son, Kevin R. Churik, of Plum; aunt, Carol "Cheech" Capristo of Greentree; sisters, Renee Luketic and Sherry Brown of McKeesport. He will be missed.
Services were conducted by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor, 412-678-6177).
