Bessie Mae Mossburg Boscia

Bessie Mae Mossburg Boscia, age 86, of White Oak, died July 26, 2011 at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. She was born in McKeesport on May 3, 1925 and is the daughter of the late David L. and Marie E. Brinkman Mossburg. She was a member of the Bryn Mawr Church of Christ in White Oak.

She is the wife of the Late Nicholas J. Boscia, Sr. She is survived by her son Nicholas J. Boscia, Jr. and sister Eva (Eve) Jane Pirl of White Oak, granddaughter Nichole Boscia of California and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers William H. and David L. Mossburg and son, Larry.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412 678 6177) Wed. 4:00 -6:00 and Thurs. from 6:00 -8:00pm. Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Fri. at Noon with Pastor Charles Owston officiating. Burial will follow in Richland Cemetery.
