Bertha Curran, age 91, of North Huntingdon, died April 9, 2015. She was born in McKeesport on March 18, 1924 and is the daughter of the late Emil Behunek and the late Viola McClusky Boyle and the stepdaughter of the late Ralph Boyle. She was the wife of the late William Curran.

She loved crafting and sewing. She was employed by the former Woolworth's in Norwin Shopping Center for 47 years until the store closed.

She is survived by her son, Robert W. Curran of Ruffsdale; grandchildren, Todd Crum, Robert T. (Sharon) Curran, Kimberly Matuszak, Lisa (Jeff) Fryman, Kellie Curran and Kris Watts; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Sean, Tyler, Elora, Hailey, Cole, Mark and Amanda; sister, Emma (the late Gerald) Smith of Saegertown; sister-in-law, Margaret Behunek of White Oak. She is preceded in death by daughters, Patricia Crum, Saundra L. Curran; granddaughter, Ann Marie Curran; siblings, Florence and her husband Norman Gibbons and Frank Behunek.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (412 678 6177) on Monday 4:00-8:00 PM. Services will be Tuesday in the funeral home chapel at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow.
