Beatrice "Bea" Raible, age 81, of White Oak, died Jan. 18, 2015. She was born in McKeesport on Oct. 14, 1933 and was the daughter of the late Francis and Anne Conneely Goldie. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John. She is survived by her children; Cathie Raible of Munhall, Dave (Jacquelin Shumaker-Gailey) Raible of Philadelphia, Maureen (Thomas) Wolenski of White Oak, Jerry (Peggy) Raible of N. Huntingdon and Paul (Angela) Raible of Murrysville, 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She was a very active member of St. Angela Merici Church where she was the founder of the CCD program. She was a member of the Christian Mothers, a former church secretary, PTG member, a teacher's aid volunteer and a festival helper for many years. When she and her husband moved to Bradenton, Florida, she was very involved with the Sugar Creek Estates organizations. Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (412 678 6177) on Tuesday from 6-8 pm and on Wed. from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Mass will be held on Thursday at St. Angela Merici Church at 10:00 am with Fr. Kevin Dominik officiating. Burial will follow.
