Barbara A. Spotts, age 73 of White Oak, PA, died on Saturday, June 13, 2026. She was born in Moon Township, PA, on March 6, 1953, and was the daughter of the late Russell and Ruth Green Duncan. She enjoyed watching and feeding all of the animals in her yard, but especially the birds.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Holly Martin of White Oak, PA, grandson, Logan Rogers of White Oak, PA; and brother, Brian (Karen) Duncan of NC.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her brother, Bob Duncan.
Arrangements were cared for by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
