Aretta L. Palm, age 87, of Ruffs Dale, PA, formerly of McKeesport, died April 22, 2013. She was born in Pierce, WV on January 11, 1926 and is the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Brafford Miller. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene and 12 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her children; Lori (Albert) Maldonado of Monongahela, Jerry (Linda) Palm of South Park and Mark (Stacy) Palm of Gonzales, TX, grandchildren; Brennan and Avalon, sister; Betty Jean Purgatorio of Chicago, IL and many nieces & nephews.
Aretta had a big heart, loved her grandchildren and taking care of others.
Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Services will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Charles Owston officiating. Burial will follow.
