Albert J. "Butch" Kissell, 73, of White Oak, died Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015. He was born Nov. 6, 1942, in Clairton, the son of the late Frank and Emma Jean McGarrity Kissell, and the husband of the late Jeanne C. Baron. He was a foreman at AMF Cuno for about nine years, then partner with Corrivau-Kissell Realty in Connecticut and real estate broker in Connecticut and Massachusetts. He was a member of the White Oak American Legion Post 701 Sons, Chicago Loyal Order of Moose General Assembly since 1978, Illinois Lodge 3000, where he was the administrator for 10 years, and membership chairman for state of Connecticut. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree, 4210 West Mifflin and 4th Degree 940, McKeesport, Grand Knight and District Deputy Assistant at the Enfield, Connecticut Council, played semi-pro football and baseball for approximately four years in Connecticut. He is survived by sons, Timothy Kissell, of Manchester, Conn., and Albert Kissell, of Joliet, Ill.; daughter, Michele Kissell, of Ellington, Conn.; and grandchildren, Alicia, Melissa, Mathew and Nicole. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Angela Merici Church with Father Kevin Dominik officiating.
