Joseph T. Carter, Sr., age 90, died on Thursday, February 18, 2021. He was born in McKeesport on November 25, 1930 and is the son of the late Wayne G. and Elizabeth Sari Carter. He was a self-contractor in the roofing industry.
He is survived by son; Jeffery (Mary Ann) Carter of Buena Vista, grandsons; Adam and Josh Carter of Buena Vista. Great granddaughter, Phoenix Pridmore of Plum, brother; Gordon Carter of McKeesport, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by, son; Joseph T. Carter, Jr., brothers; Charles and Morgan Carter, sister; Rosemary Butler.
